6 Key Steps to Fitness Motivation

Howdy Folks!

Cowboy Ryan here. I have the six key steps for fitness motivation.

The following things are absolutely essential for starting and or continuing a fitness program. Or anything in life really. If you read and act on the following I guarantee you will get your mind back on track and achieving your goals will become a hundred times easier! Check it out!

Dream It. You have to think, you have to want it. Make it come from within you. YOU have to be the one who wants the change. Don’t do it for anyone else. Think about what you want and why you want it. Set a goal and then chase it until it’s in the palm of your hand.
Want More. Don’t accept anything less than the best. If you accept what you have, what you can do, how you live, the decisions you make, then you are accepting mediocre. Don’t let your mind settle for anything less than what you want because I am here to tell you that you CAN and you WILL.

Take time to narrow in and focus on what you really want. Look at your life and set goals! Imagine, really imagine, what life would be like if you achieved your goals. Make it a priority! Put yourself first and for once focus on yourself and doing something you want!

You must put in the effort. And not just a little effort. You need to go after it, chase it, track it down, and take it! Dreams (from #1) will not work unless you do. It will NOT fall into your lap. Put in the work and your body, mind, and life will reward you.

Attitude is altitude. If you want to go somewhere you have to have the

I CAN..I WILL..I MUST attitude.

Thinking negatively won’t get you anywhere. Believe in yourself, believe you’ll be a smaller size, believe you’ll cut the addiction, believe things will change. If you don’t, it won’t happen.

It’s that simple.
Set yourself up for success. Get yourself in a place where it is easier to complete all steps above. Get rid of the junk food, bad relationships, nasty habits, etc. Get yourself in a physical and mental environment that allows you to visualize the success.

Now that you know the must-haves for fitness motivation, act on them. Take time to go through each one and figure out how you’re going to do it.
